Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order placement. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Standard shipping (5-8 business days): Calculated at checkout
Expedited shipping (2-4 business days): Calculated at checkout
Free standard shipping on all orders over $75
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you’re still unable to locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Shipping Delays
During peak seasons or due to carrier issues, there may be shipping delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded for the cost of the merchandise, minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees we incur.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Skies Are Blue Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. Please ensure a secure delivery location is provided.
Returns
Please refer to our Return Policy for information about returns and exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
